At zolentivaro, we understand that circumstances change. Sometimes a program isn't the right fit, or unexpected situations arise. That's why we've established a clear refund policy that protects both you and us.
This policy applies to all educational programs and services offered through zolentivaro.com. We've designed it to be straightforward, because nobody likes navigating confusing bureaucracy when they need a refund.

Eligible for Refund
- Request submitted within 14 days of purchase
- Less than 25% of course materials accessed
- Technical issues preventing access that we couldn't resolve
- Program cancellation by zolentivaro
- Duplicate payment errors
- Medical circumstances with documentation
Not Eligible for Refund
- Request after 14-day window has closed
- More than 25% of materials accessed
- Certificate already issued
- Change of mind after completing modules
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions without notice
- Violation of program terms of service
How to Request a Refund
Submit Your Request
Email support@zolentivaro.com with your order number, purchase date, and reason for refund. Include any relevant documentation if you're citing technical or medical reasons.
Initial Review
Our team reviews your request within 2 business days. We'll verify your purchase details and check your account activity against our eligibility criteria.
Decision Notification
You'll receive an email with our decision within 5 business days. If approved, we'll outline the next steps. If denied, we'll explain why and discuss possible alternatives.
Processing & Payment
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The funds will return to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add another 3-5 business days.
Full Refund
Available within 14 days if you've accessed less than 25% of materials. Returns 100% of purchase price minus any transaction fees.
Partial Refund
May be considered between 14-30 days on a case-by-case basis. Amount depends on materials accessed and modules completed.
Course Transfer
Sometimes a better option than refund. Switch to a different program that better fits your needs, with credit applied to new enrollment.

Credit/Debit Card
7-10 business days to process, plus 3-5 days for bank clearing
Bank Transfer
10-14 business days for direct account deposits
Digital Wallets
5-7 business days for PayPal and similar services
Important Things to Remember
Transaction fees charged by payment processors are typically non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you received promotional pricing or used a discount code, the refund will reflect the actual amount you paid, not the original price.
Access to all course materials and platform resources will be revoked immediately upon refund approval.
Refund requests must come from the original purchaser. We can't process requests from third parties without proper authorization.
